Last week's theme was Childhood Memories (thanks to Al for the suggestion) and it produced some really fun photos. Remember our themes are entirely optional but can help when you're stuck for ideas - this week's theme is Looking Down.
It might just be because it is lunchtime on a cold and blustery Autumn day in New Zealand that these little pics jumped out at me... I am a little bit peckish... so YAY to the food shots! :)
Earth Day, celebrated in the US on April 22, is a day designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment. Thanks to Dani_Girl for bringing the Earth Mosaic project to our attention. Below is a gorgeous offering by Fundingo.
I love the way that Photography can take on so many different moods and expressions... I am almost always a sucker for bright and cheery as that matches my usual disposition, however... being touched with a severe case of "Man-Flu" at the moment - I think I am drawn to some pictures that are using Darkness REALLY WELL! So here are a few that caught my eye the last few days... Full Credit to the Fab Photogs that made these awesome shots!
Well that is what the French call them (pissenlit) but we English speakers know them as dandelions. My obession with them also stretches to viewing photos of them so here's a handful from the group. {Pure} Essence ~ Gabriela is only missing from this bunch as she has her blog button disabled, but her dandelion photos are amazing. There is a link below to view more too.
For last week's theme, a few of your chose to share the ways in which you relax. You can view more photos in the theme discussion thread and keep an eye on the group for the next theme.
